Good question. I don’t really know. I can ask Darla who is the head of Stone Soup Community Press. If you need this book in a certain format, just send me a private message and I will see what I can do to make that happen! I suspect that is because with Kindle Unlimited you are not allowed to sell at any other place. I do know that Amazon has most of the market, so going Kindle Unlimited is a decision that usually is best, but does limit sales with other companies.
