What? I’ll bet y’all have come to the conclusion that I finally lost every single marble I ever had with this topic, but I swear it has some relevance. What the hell does Viagra have to do with women, much less lesbians or women who love women? Wait for it…Apparently, there is a new study that suggests that Viagra can be used to combat dementia and alzheimers. Considering that I am at that age where this concerns me a great deal, I’ll have to eat those words from when I complained about receiving ads about Viagra, thinking WTF. However, I can still complain about those annoying ads for penis enlargement!

So…a study led by experts at the Cleveland Clinic, a very well respected clinic, found that those who used Sildenafil which is the drug in the brand name Viagra were 69% less likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease. And it’s not like they only ran the clinical trial for a year or less. the study ran for six years. This was especially true for individuals with coronary artery disease, hypertension and type II diabetes, which other studies have shown present a greater risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. Fascinating, huh? I suppose it’s a good thing that drug companies are so concerned about the fragile male ego and their limp dick.

Now, of course, I haven’t yet included this little factoid in a book, but you can be sure that I will probably find a way to do that in the future. It is simply too interesting not to.
